    Manager, Google Client Engagement

    Steve Abdalla is experienced as a business founder, entrepreneur, technologist, and enthusiast of projects, products, and people. As a Google Client Engagement Manager, his work focuses on large, public-sector clients who face challenges, such as unemployment insurance and fraud analysis, detection, and quantification; business process re-alignment; and strategic planning. A curious and collaborative leader, Steve honed his project management and business skills as a naval officer and throughout his years founding and running a toy company. That range illustrates Steve’s hunger for learning and openness to discovery—tools he uses every day as he helps clients find solutions to complex problems. Steve ensures quality and consistency within solution delivery by becoming enmeshed in the process and truly owning success for clients. He thrives on the challenge of balancing change and relationship management with solution design and implementation to ensure our clients reach the outcomes they want. Steve serves on the Indianapolis Children’s Bureau as a board member and chair of its entrepreneurial venture committee.     Ryan Achterberg serves as Senior Solutions Architect and specializes in serving clients by helping them align their business goals with technology planning and implementation. Ryan has helped grow Resultant since its founding in 2008 and, as a proven problem solver, has served in many roles in technology and development. Working in technology his entire career, Ryan’s experience spans technology advisory and assessments, network design and implementation, and a focus on cloud solutions such as Office 365 and Microsoft Azure to support business initiatives and solve business challenges. When Ryan isn’t helping clients solve their technology challenges, he spends his time on the sideline of a soccer field, football field, or basketball court mentoring and coaching young athletes.

  • Jess Carter

    Director, Public Sector Delivery

    A strategic powerhouse and highly empathetic collaborator, Jess Carter delivers large-scale technology modernization and portfolio management by translating complex problems into transformative solutions. She thrives on working with clients to fine-tune questions, discover solutions, and collaborate toward the outcomes they want. In her Director role, Jess focuses on strategic growth and development of the Government Services team, which she has led through key initiatives like the on-time launch of the State of Indiana Case Management and Labor Exchange system. Her work with clients in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors has honed her ability to align stakeholders and her keen sense for matching skillsets to project needs.     Chief Executive Officer

    Mark Caswell has lead Resultant’s exceptional growth as CEO since 2019 and has served as a leader throughout the organization, including the Technology Services team and professional services, since 2014. With his guidance, Resultant has grown to more than 300 employees, while continuing to deliver mission-critical outcomes to our clients. Mark is passionate about helping teams and organizations achieve their goals and deliver results in the face of complexity. To achieve this, he deploys a unique blend of business leadership, strategic thinking, innovation expertise, and technical depth. He firmly believes in Resultant’s mission of “helping clients, coworkers, and communities thrive” and works diligently to ensure that Resultant’s teams are empowered to fulfill that mission. A practitioner and supporter of continuous learning, driven by deep curiosity, Mark believes that ongoing development of the team is critical to the success of any organization. This is evident in his own learning path and leadership of Resultant, but also in his passion to teach and coach others. Mark is part of the EDGE Mentoring program, helping young professionals across Indianapolis develop their careers and leadership.   • Kate Berger

    Director, Administration

    As Director of Administration, Kate Gerber leads our internal administrative team to support our growing organization today and lay a strong foundation for Resultant’s future. In building these functions, Kate is focused on enabling our client delivery teams to provide exceptional service and drive positive outcomes. Before joining the Operations team, Kate served as a Project Coordinator for a key, growing initiative in the public sector. An Orr Fellowship alumnus, her background also includes serving as an Account Manager and communications-focused professional. The combination of this experience, with her thorough attention to detail, helps her drive successful projects and shift behaviors through organizational change management efforts. Kate’s passion for supporting others and growing leaders is evidenced by her work in the Indianapolis community. Her efforts were integral in bringing Brave Camp to Indianapolis; she served on the TechPoint for Youth Foundation board and was a Starfish Mentor. Today, she continues valuing the role of mentorship and is currently involved with EDGE Mentoring.

  • Ryan Gould

    Senior Solutions Architect

    Ryan Gould spends his days as a Senior Solutions Architect expertly supporting the Resultant Technology Services team, helping clients align business and technology and developing tech environments that are productive, secure, and strategic. His broad expertise and willingness to jump in and help clients and coworkers has earned the unofficial title of the “411 of the IT world.” From working on projects such as the implementation of Office 365 and Microsoft Azure to designing and delivering client solutions, being a mentor to Technology Managers, and pursuing new business, Ryan is passionate about understanding people and delivering high-quality service to meet their needs. In his free time, Ryan loves to cook, compete in local billiards tournaments, and continuously learn. Any given day, you can find Ryan developing new skills to tackle tough client challenges.

  • Mary Catharine Grau

    VP, Brand and Communications

    Mary Catharine Grau is Resultant’s Vice President of Brand and Communications. In this role, Mary Catharine leads the crafting and communicating of the Resultant story, sharing the story of the meaningful outcomes created and exceptional people on the team. She is Resultant’s primary brand ambassador and uses her marketing background to ensure communications are consistent, clear, and of value. She is passionate about building and supporting an internal culture that both benefits Resultant’s clients and attracts and retains Indianapolis’s top talent. In addition to almost 20 years of experience, Mary Catharine has an MBA from IU Kelley School of Business. She served as a Starfish Scholar, on the board of Giving Sum, and as the President of the Indianapolis chapter of the American Marketing Association. When she’s not in the office, Mary Catharine enjoys volunteering at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, spending time outdoors, and biking around midtown Indianapolis with her family.

    VP, Talent

    Louonna Kachur is Resultant’s Vice President of Talent. In this role, Louonna is responsible for setting the strategy to attract, grow, and retain the best talent to help Resultant fulfill its mission of helping clients, coworkers, and communities thrive. Louonna is passionate about supporting a culture of development that involves both deeply understanding the direction of the business and the growth trajectory of Resultant’s talent and prospective talent to get us there. Her personal mission statement is “to be a catalyst for others to have careers they love.” In addition to over 20 years of experience, Louonna has an MBA from IU Kelley School of Business. She is proudly a member of Kelley Women, as well as a Tobias Leadership Center Fellows. Outside of the office, Louonna volunteers at the Humane Society, as well as serves on boards for the Boys and Girls Club of Boone County and Early Learning Indiana. She can be found outside hiking and climbing, or indoors reading or doing yoga.

  • Jonathan Lewis

    Director, Technology

    As Resultant’s Director of Technology, Jonathan leads IT initiatives that drive our service to clients and our ability to thrive as a rapidly growing organization. Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge to this role and is extremely passionate about working in collaboration with his team to build a best-in-class IT department for Resultant. He is a solutions-oriented leader with a proven track record of applying technology to provide exceptional client service, increase revenues, reduce costs, and improve user experience. Before joining Resultant, Jonathan led the technology department for a large multi-national restaurant chain where he had experience leading complex internal and customer-facing initiatives with cross-functional efforts that resulted in a variety of successful project achievements. He is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker, constantly working to best support technology structures and methodologies. Jonathan’s favorite Resultant core value is empathy. He believes it is a key component of truly understanding both team members’ and clients’ needs which in turn improves the collaboration, innovation, and overall satisfaction of any experience. Outside of the office Jonathan coaches several of his kids’ sports teams and is an avid Dave Matthews Band fan, having attended “well over” 50 live concerts.

  • Natalie Litera

    Chief Operating Officer

    As Resultant’s Chief Operating Officer, Natalie’s role focuses on positively impacting the course and culture of Resultant. She is responsible for finance, talent, legal, tech, brand, and administration, and in each area, she drives operational maturity by thinking strategically, setting direction, and rolling up her sleeves to dig in deeply. She’s a strong believer in the premise that internal operations must be conducted with the same level of excellence Resultant provides clients, and every day, that belief fuels her drive and her decisions. Natalie’s accomplishments—both in the workplace and in the community—are vast, measurable, and impactful. Under her leadership, Resultant’s growth has been exponential. In the community, Natalie serves as an EDGE mentor and leads job readiness initiatives and courses for Purposeful Design. She is driven by people—by encouraging, supporting, and leading them to be their best selves. Outside of the office, Natalie enjoys traveling, interior design, and cooking for family and friends.

    President

    A relentlessly focused leader, John draws from an extensive background in data analytics and business operations to drive profitable, healthy organizational growth. He’s a creative thinker with long engineering and software development experience—all of which means he’s especially adept at finding a path through the most complex technical problem. Resultant relies on John’s unique skill set in developing innovative client solutions and driving our own strategic growth and expansion. His finance and project management experience bring greater breadth to his problem-solving acumen. John is a devoted car-tinkerer, woodworker, and youth hockey coach but prefers spending time with his beautiful wife and two kids.

    Chief Revenue Officer

    Since Day 1 of his exceptional career, Ryan has been immersed in technology and fascinated by its human impact. He’s an experienced executive and industry thought leader who has helped clients achieve transformative change through IT strategy, professional services and consulting, infrastructure management, outsourcing, and on-demand services. As CRO, Ryan handles all revenue-generation strategy and execution for Resultant. He brings more than 25 years of experience and an endless enthusiasm for innovation to overseeing our sales, marketing, and partner channel teams to ensure those departments collaboratively execute company strategy and achieve revenue goals.

  • Michael Schwarz

    VP, Data and Development

    Michael Schwarz is Resultant’s Vice President of Data and Development Services. In this role, he is responsible for leading the teams of exceptional data and development professionals to solve some of the most complex challenges faced by companies and governments. His primary responsibilities are focused on leading the building, deploying, and maintaining of scalable and flexible solutions to deliver advanced analytic solutions to clients.   Michael is an experienced technology leader motivated by driving continuous and transformational improvements with data. He is passionate about applying frameworks and innovative problem-solving strategies to complicated challenges.  Outside of the office, Michael enjoys hiking, golfing, running, photography, and cheering on his children in a variety of sports.

  • Kate Shelby

    General Counsel

    Kate serves as Resultant General Counsel and leads legal strategy and operations. Her extensive interdisciplinary experience, skills, and win record coupled with her strategic and results-focused approach provide a strong foundation upon which she works with Resultant and their partners to help our clients and communities thrive. Kate has more than a decade of experience helping governments and private organizations with the toughest challenges in a variety of roles including delivery leader at Resultant, a government leader, and a corporate leader. Often sitting at the intersection of law, technology, and business/program, Kate has made a career out of collaborating and leading teams to pull all of the moving pieces together into a cohesive strategic vision and process that generates real results. As a state government executive, Kate oversaw a $50+ million budget and more than 450 staff, as well as complex federally-funded, state-run programs. During her tenure, Kate authored and passed state laws to provide more funding and capabilities to her state agency. Through her efforts to combine technology and process improvements to meet program and legal requirements, she implemented program integrity measures that saved more than $450 million in taxpayer dollars and prevented fraud. The strategic solutions Kate implemented had a minimum return on investment of 5:1 and a maximum return on investment of 78:1. ‘ A national leader in program integrity and a trained litigator, investigator, and contracts attorney, Kate has spoken at a variety of national conferences, developed best practices, published articles, and served on committees aimed at driving meaningful outcomes.  Kate has worked as a senior leader at a Fortune 500 Company with a $20 billion contract management portfolio. As a Deputy Attorney General at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, Kate represented many state agencies during the Great Recession, judges, legislators, and other government officials in class action lawsuits, constitutional challenges, civil prosecutions, and defense litigation. Kate has also served as a Major Felony Special Victims Prosecutor at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office in Indianapolis, Indiana, and represented corporations in complex corporate litigation matters in private practice. Outside of work, Kate and her husband own two small businesses, including a farm. Kate enjoys coaching soccer, living an eco-friendly lifestyle, interior design, and playing with her two young children.

  • Colin Stauffer

    Director, Data and Development

    Colin has delivered advanced analytics and custom application development solutions for clients as diverse as private healthcare provider networks, State of Indiana, and the U.S. Department of Defense. He brings energetic insight and a collaborative mindset to delivering human-centered business intelligence, information management, and advanced analytics solutions. As Director of Data & Development Services, he oversees solution delivery practitioners and project delivery teams, and he drives business development for the department. Colin led the implementation of the Automated Microelectronics Analysis and Reporting Optimization (AMARO) solution at NSWC Crane. AMARO ingests and analyzes thousands of structured and unstructured datasets to identify risk in the global supply chain of microelectronic parts.

  • Bernardo Unzueta

    Director, Data Engineering and Architecture

    Bernardo is a life-long learner, fueled by challenges. Throughout his varied and interesting career, Bernardo has held multiple IT roles from software engineer to data architect. Now as the Director of Data Engineering and Architecture at Resultant, he draws from this wide array of experiences to deliver solutions to the toughest challenges thrown at his team. Before joining Resultant, Bernardo held a variety of consulting and management roles spanning application development, data management, service delivery, business development, and business strategy with both small and large companies. Over the last ten years, his focus has been on extracting and delivering business insights from data using the latest methods and technologies. Bernardo is driven by challenge: from tackling problems at work to training for and completing a triathlon, he lets nothing get in his way. He is a huge sports fan and loves to cheer for both the Yankees and Barcelona.

  • Josh Wakefield

    VP, Public Sector Services

    Josh Wakefield leads the Digital Transformation, Government Services team in driving mission-critical outcomes for Resultant’s federal, state, and local clients. With an extensive technical and business knowledge base, Josh’s skillful oversight has driven the successful completion of many large-scale modernization initiatives, including those previously considered abandoned or out-of-compliance. His leadership of the Public Sector Services team has driven the growth of the team and its contribution in governments across the United States. Passionate about professional development and innovation, Josh diligently supports the development of his team as they expand and deepen their expertise and ability to impact meaningful change. Josh began his career in the IT industry, owning and operating his own consulting firm in downtown Indianapolis. He was the lead consultant on a multitude of network implementations where he provided ongoing support to clients through service contracts. With hands-on technical knowledge and advanced project management experience, Josh provides a unique and valuable perspective to Resultant clients and their projects.

  • AJ Watson

    Director, IT Managed Services

    As the Director of IT Managed Services, AJ helps clients move to more modern IT solutions through holistic business assessments and a deep understanding of the people and challenges unique to each situation. He oversees Resultant’s IT Managed Services operations, ensuring that strategic oversight for technology system implementation and integration allows for solutions to be managed and optimized to each client’s specific needs. AJ guides our client service leads, system administrators, and technical support specialists to provide industry-leading satisfaction for our MSP clients. AJ originally joined Resultant in 2014 as a System Administrator. With over 17 years of experience in IT consulting, AJ has served in a variety of roles that give him the ability to deliver excellence to his clients across all levels of support. He brings subject matter expertise in mergers and acquisition technology, specifically in the areas of data integration, data governance, service rationalization, and cloud migration. He enjoys helping companies combine IT departments and resources to create more efficient collaboration, productivity, and support systems. Passionate about leadership and cross-functional collaboration, AJ is an ardent supporter of those around him. He is an advocate for the community of Indianapolis and serves on multiple Resultant-supported businesses’ IT committees.

  • Ben Wories

    Director, Strategy and Outcomes

    Ben works with public- and private-sector clients to solve challenging problems through creative ideation and rigorous analytics. His team brings subject matter expertise in healthcare, education, workforce, and more to support program and policy solution optimization and transformation. With a background working within and for government agencies, Ben has tackled complex, meaningful challenges for state and city governments. He was also responsible for designing key performance indicator metrics and business intelligence solutions for large-scale military operations. Among many achievements at Resultant, Ben served helped to modernize unemployment insurance in the State of Indiana and worked with the Indiana Management Performance Hub to solve complex challenges with data. Ben has a passion for achieving sustainable transformation in the way government and our communities work. Ben has successfully channeled this passion outside of his work with KSMC clients into a nonprofit charity focused on helping families in need called Hands Offering Hope Foundation. Ben’s drive to serve contributes to his work at Resultant as he says, “ It is extremely rewarding to do work that has a meaningful impact on my community. It is even more rewarding to do so alongside such hardworking and capable people.”

  • Chelsea Yoder Gill

    VP, Marketing and Sales Ops

    As VP of Marketing and Sales Ops, Chelsea leads efforts to help Resultant reach more organizations through go-to-market strategies, lead-generation, geographic expansion and sales operations, with a focus on the private sector. Chelsea comes to KSMC with a proven track record of building high-performing growth engines and supporting the success of developing sales teams. Her leadership will be invaluable in expanding Resultant’s influence in the private sector and continued growth as an organization. Prior to her role at a healthcare software company, she served as VP of Sales for a digital marketing agency. Chelsea and her husband are frequent travelers and explore a new country or two every year. In 2020, in addition to planning and twice replanning their wedding, Chelsea planned adventures including a safari in Kenya and Tanzania which she looks forward to rescheduling. She also loves spending time on the farm where she grew up, gardening in the spring and summer, and hanging with her pups around her home in Broad Ripple.

  • Mike Vance

    VP, Technology Services

    Mike Vance is Resultant’s Vice President of  Technology Services. Mike is a solutions-oriented leader with a proven track record of using technology to align organizations, across a broad spectrum of industries, towards achieving their strategic goals.   Mike brings over 25 years of experience of technology consulting and leading enterprise technology teams, focusing on executing strategic IT vision that applies technologies to enhance business effectiveness This experience offers a deep understanding of how to bring together exceptional technical execution with business acumen and his team’s greatest skills.   Mike leads Resultant’s Technology teams providing IT Managed Services, supporting digital transformation, and more, as well as driving the development and expansion of Resultant’s technology services for clients to ensure that services needed to support strategic alignment and execution of technology are provided. He is passionate about investing in his team; challenging them to grow in tandem with propelling organizational growth.     When not at work, he enjoys time with his wife and four children.

  • Bill Badurina

    Director, Unified Communications

    Clients enjoy and appreciate Bill’s expertise as much as his lively demeanor. He’s a project management guru who is especially adept at facilitating communication across teams for smooth collaboration. In his role as Technology Services Delivery Director, Bill makes clients’ lives easier by serving as a resource for his teams, managing projects and budgets, fixing reliability issues, and tracking service metrics. He has significant experience in project documentation, contact center and interactive voice recognition (IVR) development and buildout, and design and integration of enterprise technology tools including web-based applications, database architecture, and TDM and VoIP telephony systems. Bill has 16 years of experience with much of his current client base and customer engagement technologies. His role supports our clients’ needs by establishing and leading teams of experts who create and deliver the best solutions to complex problems. When Bill is not helping clients solve their problems, he stays busy coaching soccer and spending time with his wonderful wife and three kids.

  • Gene Wells

    Director, Delivery Excellence

    At Resultant, Gene is managing and evolving the service delivery processes and operations to improve client relationships and outcomes. With more than 30 years in the IT services industry, Gene has a passion for building and transforming business, service, and people management, and symbiotic customer relationships. From his start as a Software Engineer to becoming COO of a $100 million global service delivery organization, Gene has successfully managed and grown a diverse portfolio of clients and services throughout his career. His service portfolio management experience includes Global Software Factory, Business Intelligence, Business Process Management, Digital Marketing & Transformation, ERP, PLM, and Manufacturing Execution Systems. Gene’s client history includes Procter & Gamble, Kroger, Borden, JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide, General Motors, Philips, Schlumberger, and many more. Gene’s favorite core value is empathy. He shared, “Understanding and feeling the real need at play is the only way to drive the best outcome. It seems so obvious, but it takes real interest and patience to get there.” Gene regularly volunteers and contributes to a variety of charitable organizations including Big Brother Big Sister, Special Olympics, St. Jude’s, Plan International, Ronald McDonald House, Red Cross, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and Habitat for Humanity.

  • Paul Bahl

    Director, Google Sales

    Paul is a results-oriented professional who has had a 20+ year career in technology. He has sold and managed enterprise-wide deployments on various technology platforms and prides himself on developing strong client relationships, team building, problem-solving, training, and change management. Paul Bahl leads the Google business at Resultant. Paul is tasked with expanding the Resultant brand and reputation as one of the longest-tenured Google Cloud Premier Partners to the executive leadership, sales, technical, and partner support teams at Google Cloud. Areas of focus include Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, Chrome, and Managed Services. Additional responsibilities consist of managing the partnerships with the largest national systems integrators and the one thing he’ll never stop doing—engaging with customers to ensure technology is enabling them, not hindering them. Paul enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team to yet another championship season (which is easy because they keep score based on how much fun they are having). In addition, Paul enjoys traveling with his family and is hoping to visit his fifth continent within the next year.
