CONSTRUCTION CLEAN
Detailed Final Clean We provide a detailed clean of all floors, walls, corners, cabinet exteriors, and interiors. We will sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and fixtures. We will conduct the safe usage of all lifts, ladders, and cleaning equipment, so as not to damage any surfaces. We utilize LEED approved cleaning products and gain approval on all proposed cleaning products. We test their usage before any widespread use. Our employees will be in the appropriate construction site uniform, including hard hats, boots, safety goggles, and vests, with the Xcel Clean logo prominently displayed. They will participate in all mandated safety orientations and will adhere to those rules. Our employees conduct themselves in the utmost respectful manner. We do now allow the use of foul language or smoke anywhere on the property. 1. CONSTRUCTION CLEAN Our expert team prepares the construction site for flooring, painting, fixtures, and cabinetry contractors. We eliminate any leftover debris and trash with a deep sweeping and dusting. 2. POST-PUNCH CLEAN We carefully clean items such as showers, sinks, toilets, cabinetry, shelves, bathtubs, and counters. Every detailed area is carefully dusted including door frames, baseboards, and indoor window ledges. 3. FINAL CLEAN This punch list portion is what will make your project move-in ready after all finishing touches are complete. Polishing, white-glove inspections, sealing and power washing will be completed at this phase.
