    James Johnston is the President and Founder of Level365 and is responsible for the strategic direction and the day-to-day operations of the company. Jim brings over 15 years of experience in early-stage startups both in capital investment and adviser roles as well as part of the executive team in IT, Wireless and Internet sectors. He was the founder of NetSolutions, a regional commercial ISP and successfully led the growth and eventual acquisition by a regional bell operating company. He holds a BS from Ball State University where he was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity.

    Chief Operating Officer (COO)

    Tom Burdick is the VP of Sales of Level365. He has more than fifteen years of experience in senior level sales and business development positions in leading telecommunications and service provider organizations in their client acquisitions and channel management. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the sales team and driving direct and indirect channel sales activity. Tom holds a B.S. from Butler University and an M.B.A. from the I.U. Kelley School of Business.
