  Bill Hurst has successfully represented hundreds of accident victims, and has limited his practice to personal injury cases for over thirty-five (35) years. Bill graduated with honors from Indiana University School of Law. He has served on the Executive Committee and is currently a Director Emeritus of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He has published articles on various personal injury topics and has lectured at various legal seminars.   Alexander Jesus Limontes

  Alex is an Indiana Personal Injury Lawyer. He is originally from Florida and came to Indiana in 1999 to play football for Hanover College. After graduating from Hanover in 2003, Alex went back to Orlando, FL, where he worked as a social worker for a year. Alex was a law clerk for Bill Hurst during much of law school. He graduated from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 2007 and began his career as a trial attorney with the Marion County Public Defender Agency. Alex has conducted hundreds of trials and hearings as an attorney.   Reid Nahmias

  Reid graduated in 2009 from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology. In 2012 Reid received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis, graduating Cum Laude and receiving the school’s Environmental & Natural Resources Law Certificate. Reid has interned in a variety of positions throughout his academic career including the Washington D.C. Office of Senator Richard Lugar (IN), The Finish Line Inc. (legal department), and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). Reid currently limits his practices to personal injury law. He is licensed for all courts in the State of Indiana, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

  Chase T. Wilson

  Chase and his wife, Alyssa, live in the Bates-Hendricks neighborhood of downtown Indianapolis with their two dogs, Steve and Marvin. Chase is an admitted nerd and sports fanatic who played soccer, wrestled, and ran track before going to college. Currently, he focuses his practice solely on representing accident victims, with the goal of obtaining fair compensation for their injuries. Chase has represented victims of car accidents, truck accidents, slip & falls, and even negligent firearm discharge accidents recovering hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients. Chase attended East Central High School in St. Leon, IN before getting his bachelors in legal studies from Indiana State University. During his time at Indiana State he met his now wife, Alyssa, and was a proud member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity, serving as their Vice President for a year and being named Athlete of the Year three years in a row. Upon graduation from undergrad Chase chose to attend the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law from which he graduated in 2016. While in law school Chase competed in the Honorable Robert H. Staton Moot Court competition where he was named to the order of the barristers (top 32 participants) and made it to the quarterfinals. During law school Chase worked as a certified legal intern for the Law Office of William W. Hurst, LLC and was named to the Order of the Barristers due to his performance in the Moot Court Competition. He graduated with a certificate in Corporate & Commercial law which aids him in interpreting insurance contract language.

  Charles Hubley

  Attorney

  Charles “Chip” Hubley was born and raised in Indianapolis and graduated from Indiana University with degrees in Political Science and History. Charles then travelled to the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, where he was a member of the renowned Litigation Skills Program as well as the Miami Innocence Project, a legal clinic dedicated to identifying and correcting wrongful convictions while committed to exonerating innocent individuals and combating injustice. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Charles worked for the Patiño Law Firm, a trial firm in Miami dedicated to representing injured individuals as well as medical providers such as orthopedic surgeons, general medical practitioners, and chiropractors in recovering medical benefits from insurance companies. Charles has battled against every major insurance company in countless lawsuits while gaining experience taking several cases to trial with many of the best trial lawyers in South Florida. During his time in Florida, Charles achieved favorable jury verdicts and judgments against insurers such as State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, and United Automobile Insurance Company while recovering hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients. After being admitted to the Indiana Bar, Charles now brings his comprehensive knowledge and experience of litigating cases against insurance companies to The Law Offices of William W.
