Description
Dr. Tameka Jones is a board-certified family physician. She was raised in Indianapolis and is a proud product of Indianapolis Public Schools. Dr. Jones’ path to medicine began during her time at Arsenal Tech High School where she was in the health professions magnet and graduated as valedictorian of her class. She continued her educational path by earning a bachelor’s degree in biology from Fisk University, a master’s degree in renal pathology from IUPUI, and a medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her specialty training at Community Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Jones is passionate about providing exceptional care to all of her patients. She has a special interest in preventive care and empowering her patients in the management of their chronic conditions.
