Description
Joseph J. Pavlik, MD, attended Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He completed a residency at University of Cincinnati Hospitals in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Pavlik is board certified in general surgery. He specializes in abdominal surgery, hernias, biliary (gallbladder) surgery and pancreatic surgery. He performs laparoscopic surgery with a focus on spleen, pancreas, colon and hernias. He treats patients of all ages. He is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Pavlik is married and the father of three teenagers. In his spare time, he enjoys hockey and is a high-performance driving instructor.
